Support & installation

A little help.Right here.

Installation, compatibility and support for RRemaining. Purchase, receipt and download are handled by Payhip; the app itself is developed and supported here.

01Before you buy

RRemaining requires macOS 14 or newer. The current version supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs. You need compatible official Codex and/or Claude Code tools and an eligible provider account. Provider subscriptions are not included; Claude Desktop alone is not sufficient.

Background Claude usage checks need Claude Code 2.1.236 or newer. Older versions show a compatibility message. Provider changes can affect availability. This is a quota-window meter, not an exact token counter or a complete ChatGPT allowance.

02Signed and notarized

RRemaining is distributed outside the Mac App Store, signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple. macOS opens it without a security warning.

03Installing a trusted download

  1. 1Download the ZIP from your Payhip purchase link and open it in Finder.
  2. 2Move RRemaining.app into Applications and open it.
  3. 3Connect the supported provider tools from RRemaining’s settings. Their official sign-in flows handle authentication.

Do not turn off Gatekeeper or use Terminal commands to remove security checks. If macOS does not offer the per-app option, stop and contact support.

04Updates, without the chore

RRemaining checks for new releases about once a day, and whenever you press Check now in Settings. It asks before it downloads anything, verifies the signature, and installs as you quit. The release page always shows what is current.

Compatible 1.x updates are included with the one-time purchase. Keep your Payhip receipt and download link: updates replace the file on the same product, so your original link keeps working and you do not buy again.

05Get in touch

Email rremaining@doppel-r.de with your app version, macOS version and a short description of the problem. For a purchase issue, include the order reference if available.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, session tokens, full conversations or unredacted diagnostic logs. Remove private information from screenshots. Support is handled by Canay Acikgöz, Doppel R.
